Bobby has more than 10 years’ commercial and litigation experience. He regularly appears as Counsel in the National and Supreme Courts of Papua New Guinea. He is a calm but fearless advocate who is unshakable in supporting his clients before the Court.
His main practice areas include banking & finance, litigation, insurance law, insolvency actions, construction and property litigation, contractual breaches, and general commercial disputes. He also advises on judicial review of administrative actions.
